ProvaDent Review: An Oral Probiotic With No Published Label, Sold by a "Fictionalized" Doctor

ProvaDent is a chewable tablet sold to stop bleeding gums, sensitivity and bad breath, and to "remineralize your teeth overnight". The seller lists xylitol, cranberry, purple carrot, a "BioFresh Clean Complex" and "4 strains of probiotics", but publishes no supplement facts label: no amounts, no strain names, no CFU count. The doctor behind it, "Dr. Andrew Knudson", is described in the site's own hidden code as "a fictionalized character and is a pen name". Probiotics have some evidence for gum inflammation, but none of it can be applied to a product whose strains are secret.

Our Assessment

Oral probiotics are a real field. ProvaDent gives you nothing to judge it by.

Probiotics for the mouth have been studied. A 2016 review of 50 trials found the evidence "insufficient for recommending probiotics for managing dental caries, but supportive towards managing gingivitis or periodontitis". Later reviews found modest reductions in gum bleeding. But the effect depends on the strain, and a 2026 review concluded that "no optimal strain, dose, or delivery vehicle can yet be recommended". ProvaDent names no strain and gives no count, so none of this research can be applied to it.

We could not find a supplement facts label anywhere on the seller's site, the ClickBank order form or the affiliate page. The sales page calls it a "capsule" in one place and tells you to "chew two tablets each day" in another. Xylitol is the best-known ingredient, but a Cochrane review found low-quality evidence for it only in toothpaste, and "insufficient" evidence for other xylitol products. ProvaDent does not say how much it contains.

The marketing goes far beyond the evidence. The page title promises to "remineralize teeth overnight", and the FAQ says the ingredients "have been proven to be safe in clinical trials". The doctor in the testimonials, "Dr. Andrew Knudson", is described in a disclaimer hidden in the page's code as "a fictionalized character and is a pen name". The order form shows an "FDA REGISTERED" badge, which is not an approval.

What We Liked

  • Some oral probiotic strains have modest evidence for gum inflammation
  • 60-day refund, backed by ClickBank on the ClickBank checkout

What Gave Us Pause

  • No supplement facts label published: no amounts, no strain names, no CFU count
  • Its doctor, "Dr. Andrew Knudson", is a "fictionalized character" according to the site's own hidden disclaimer
  • Claims to "remineralize teeth overnight", with no evidence
  • Calls itself a capsule and a chewable tablet on the same page
  • Two Trustpilot reviews, both one star; one says support quoted a 30-day refund window
  • Return shipping is at your cost
  • Struck-through "original" prices of $199 per bottle

Consider It If

  • We cannot name a group of buyers this is a good fit for. If you want an oral probiotic, choose one that names its strain and CFU count

Skip It If

  • You have bleeding gums, loose teeth or tooth sensitivity (see a dentist; these can signal gum disease)
  • You have a weakened immune system (ask your doctor before any probiotic)
  • You have a dog in the house (xylitol is highly toxic to dogs)

Overview

What is ProvaDent and who sells it?

ProvaDent is sold at dentalsugarhack.com, registered in August 2023 with the owner hidden. ClickBank is the retailer, under the vendor account "provadent". The bottle says "adem naturals", and returns go to "Adem Naturals, 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH", the same address several other supplements we review use. A separate page for affiliates calls ProvaDent the work of a "Clickbank diamond vendor" and offers a 70% commission.

The sales page says ProvaDent "targets the hidden bacteria behind bleeding gums, sensitivity, and bad breath", and that its "specific probiotic strains… attack strep mutans". Several look-alike sites, such as us-provaadent.com and provadent-com.com, are affiliate pages that send buyers to the official site. Press releases on newswire services, with headlines such as "DENTIST INVESTIGATED", are paid promotions.

Ingredient Review

The seller lists these ingredients on its sales page. It publishes no label, so we cannot give any amounts.

Pricing & Value

Standard pricing, a 60-day refund, return shipping at your cost.

On October 4, 2026, dentalsugarhack.com offered the packages below, each shown next to a struck-through "original" price of $199 per bottle. The sales page says 87% of customers order six bottles; we cannot check that.

The sales page promises a "100% Money Back Guarantee good for 60 days", and ClickBank's order form also gives 60 days. The refund page says "customers are responsible for covering the return shipping charges." One Trustpilot reviewer says support told them the window was 30 days. If you order, contact ClickBank directly if the seller does not honor the 60 days.

Safety & Buyer Notes

Probably harmless, but no substitute for a dentist.

Oral probiotics, xylitol and cranberry are generally well tolerated. Xylitol can cause gas or loose stools in larger amounts, and it is highly toxic to dogs, so keep the bottle out of their reach. People with a weakened immune system should ask a doctor before taking any probiotic.

Bleeding gums, sensitivity and persistent bad breath can be signs of gum disease, which needs professional cleaning. No supplement can "remineralize" teeth overnight. Fluoride toothpaste and regular dental care have the strongest evidence for preventing cavities and gum disease.

  • Xylitol is highly toxic to dogs
  • Weakened immune system: ask a doctor before any probiotic
  • See a dentist about bleeding gums or sensitivity
  • Fluoride toothpaste has far stronger evidence than any supplement

What Real Users Say

Two Trustpilot reviews, both one star.

We looked for independent feedback on October 4, 2026.

NegativeTrustpilot (provadent.com)

An unclaimed profile has one review, one star, titled "Provadent is unfortunately a scam": "The product did absolutely nothing. When I contacted the support team, I was advised that the money back guarantee is only valid for 30 days."

NegativeTrustpilot (provadentofficial.com)

A second unclaimed profile has one review, also one star, calling it "a complete scam that's all over social media" and "a cover up of the hated brand ProDentim".

MixedScamAdviser

ScamAdviser gives dentalsugarhack.com an average trust score and says it is "probably legit", while noting hidden ownership and few visitors. That judges the website, not the product.

Our read: There is no independent evidence that ProvaDent works, and the two buyer reviews we found are negative.

Limits of This Review

What we could not verify

This review is desk research. We have not bought or tested ProvaDent. We checked the seller's pages and page source, the ClickBank order form, domain records, Trustpilot, ScamAdviser and the published research on October 4, 2026.

  • What the label on the bottle says. The seller does not publish it.
  • Which company owns the brand. Only the name Adem Naturals appears, on the bottle and in the returns address.
  • Whether the testimonials come from real buyers. Two are marked "Verified Purchase"; the doctor behind them is fictional.
  • How refunds are handled in practice, beyond the one Trustpilot report.
  • Whether the product has helped anyone. We found no controlled study of ProvaDent itself.

FAQ

Common questions about ProvaDent.

Does ProvaDent work?

There is no study of ProvaDent. Some probiotic strains modestly reduce gum bleeding in trials, but ProvaDent does not name its strains or give a count, so that evidence cannot be applied to it.

Who is Dr. Andrew Knudson?

According to a disclaimer in the website's own code, which is hidden from visitors, "Dr. Andrew Knudson is a fictionalized character and is a pen name."

Can ProvaDent remineralize teeth overnight?

No supplement has been shown to do that. Fluoride toothpaste is the best-supported way to help early enamel damage, and cavities need a dentist.

Is ProvaDent the same as ProDentim?

They are sold separately, but both are ClickBank chewable oral probiotics with near-identical marketing lines. We found no evidence that they share an owner.

Is there a refund?

The sales page and ClickBank's order form give 60 days, with return shipping at your cost. One buyer says support quoted 30 days. If the seller refuses, contact ClickBank.

Bottom Line

No label, a fictional doctor, overnight promises. We cannot recommend it.

ProvaDent asks you to trust a probiotic whose strains, count and doses are secret, promoted by a doctor its own website calls fictional. That is not enough to go on.

For bleeding gums or sensitivity, see a dentist. If you want to try an oral probiotic, choose one that names its strain and CFU count, so you can check the evidence yourself.

Alternatives

Oral probiotics that tell you what is inside.
