Weight Loss Supplement Review
Liv Pure is a capsule sold on the claim that poor liver function is "a hidden root cause of stubborn belly fat" and that a healthy liver can be "up to 14 times more efficient at burning fat and calories on autopilot". Its help centre listed two blends per two capsules: a 213 mg "Liver Fat-Burning Complex" of green coffee, green tea, choline, resveratrol and genistein, and a 130 mg "Liver Purification Complex" of milk thistle, betaine, berberine, glutathione and molybdenum. That is roughly 26 to 43 mg per ingredient, far below the doses studied. The contact page names Adonis Lifestyle, which also appears behind Java Burn and Metabo Drops.

Our Assessment
The help centre's label listed ten ingredients in two blends totalling 343 mg a day, with no individual amounts. Milk thistle trials for fatty liver used about 140 to 700 mg of silymarin a day; berberine trials used 500 to 1,500 mg. Here each blend is 130 or 213 mg shared by five ingredients. Even at full doses, a Cochrane review questioned milk thistle's benefit in liver disease, and a Cochrane review found green tea's effect on weight "not likely to be clinically important".
The sales page says Liv Pure is "designed to rapidly dissolve fat in even the worst cases", keeps "dissolving fat around the clock, even when sleeping", and contains "5 clinically-proven super-nutrients". Its "14 times" figure is supported only by an image citing three general review papers on metabolism, none of which makes that claim. It says the only reported side effect is "having to toss your baggy clothes in the trash".
The contact page names Adonis Lifestyle in Taylor, Michigan. Liv Pure, Java Burn and Metabo Drops list the same affiliate manager and email address, use the same Costa Rica terms template, and Metabo Drops' terms still contain the line "not by Liv Pure". The BBB lists Adonis Lifestyle, LLC at the Durham address Metabo Drops gives as its contact.

These are from the label the seller published in its help centre (archived July 2024). An earlier version swapped the two blend totals.
Pricing & Value
On October 5, 2026, liv-pure.co offered the packages below. Another of the seller's domains, livpure.co, sells one bottle for $69, three for $147 and six for $234. ClickBank's order data shows no subscription; one Trustpilot reviewer says she was "billed twice due to add-ons".
The homepage promises a refund "within 48 hours of the product being returned… even empty bottles (less shipping and handling)". The terms say return shipping is your responsibility and damaged items are not eligible; the help centre asked for "unused/sealed bottles" within 60 days.
Safety & Buyer Notes
Berberine affects how the liver processes many medicines and can lower blood sugar; even small amounts may matter with diabetes medication. Genistein is a plant oestrogen. The label warned against use in pregnancy, nursing and under 18. One Trustpilot reviewer reports nausea and bloating.
Fatty liver disease is common and treatable with weight loss, exercise and, where needed, medical care. If you are worried about your liver, ask your doctor for a check.

FAQ
There is no study of Liv Pure. Its ingredients have small effects on weight or liver enzymes at doses many times higher than its 130 mg and 213 mg blends can contain.
The contact page names Adonis Lifestyle in Taylor, Michigan. Java Burn and Metabo Drops share its affiliate manager and terms template.
Not on liv-pure.co, where the smallest package is two bottles for $158. The seller's livpure.co site sells one bottle for $69.
60 days through ClickBank. The seller's pages disagree on whether empty or only sealed bottles can be returned, and you pay return shipping.
Bottom Line
Liv Pure sells ten liver-related ingredients in 343 mg a day with promises of fat dissolving around the clock. The doses are far below anything studied, and most buyers on Trustpilot report no result.
For weight and liver health, diet, activity and a check-up with your doctor have far better evidence. If you want to try milk thistle or berberine, buy them on their own at studied doses.
